What sets us apart when it comes to helping our patients get the healthy, beautiful smile they need and desire? Our full-service practice at Denver Restorative Dentistry allows our skilled prosthodontists and dedicated team to provide specialized dental services to meet your unique needs. This includes cosmetic, general and restorative dentistry treatments in Broomfield, Colorado.

Additionally, all of our lab cases are done in our office by four full-time lab technicians, and we are the only dentists in the area that have an on-site full-service dental lab. You can feel confident that your restoration will be made of premium quality materials thanks to our state-of-the-art equipment that ensures optimal results.

Drs. Goggins, Aguirre, Pitz, Poineal and Chertok oversee all of your lab work so you can expect your high standards to be met. We are pleased to offer the following options to restore your beautiful smile:

-Dentures: Our team can make custom-fitted full dentures, partial dentures, overdentures or implant-supported dentures so you can eat and smile comfortably again.

-Implant-Supported Dentures: We make beautiful, natural-looking All-on-4® implant-supported dentures that will stay comfortably secured in your mouth.

-Full-Mouth Reconstruction: Using full-mouth reconstruction, we can provide various restorations (bridges, crowns, implants, veneers, dental fillings, dentures).

-Crowns: We use zirconia and porcelain crowns to restore a badly damaged tooth that fit over the entire tooth from the gums up so your tooth looks, feels and functions naturally.

-Bridges: Our custom-fitted, fixed dental restorations effectively replace one or more teeth in a row.

-Dental Implants: We replace one, multiple or complete arches of missing teeth using a titanium implant post that is surgically installed in the jawbone for the most stable restoration.

-Fillings: Our dental filling restores a tooth damaged by minor to moderate tooth decay so it can look, feel and function normally again.

-Inlays and Onlays: These custom partial crowns fix tooth damage and decay by restoring the tooth’s health, function and appearance. Inlays are done when the damage has not reached the tooth cusps, while onlays fix the damage affecting one or more tooth cusps.

-Veneers: While not technically a dental restoration, these thin porcelain or resin shells are bonded to the front of your teeth to fix minor tooth damage like chips.

Our prosthodontists strive to provide you with personalized dental care so that you feel relaxed and comfortable during your time in the chair. All of the lab work is performed on-site which helps you save time and doctor visits! If you need adjustments to your restoration, we can help you while you wait. Our team’s mission is to help you smile with confidence for years to come. We welcome you to give us at 303-586-1019 to learn how we can help your smile thrive!

Healthy teeth and gums give you the confidence you need to smile at the world. If your mouth is suffering from tooth decay, gum disease or other kinds of dental problems, our dental team in Broomfield, CO, is ready to help you get the quality treatments your smile needs.

Each of our prosthodontists, Dr. Taylor Goggins, Dr. Brian Aguirre and Dr. Anna Pitz, provide our patients with quality dental care using the most modern and recent dentistry treatments available, having the knowledge, skill and experience you want when working with a prosthodontic team. Your smile won’t be lacking as they provide you with customized dental treatments that will give you your healthy smile back! Our goal is to make sure your smile feels, functions and looks beautiful.

This is made possible through our restorative dentistry treatments to overcome damage to your teeth and gums so they look and function optimally again. We want you to be able to smile confidently without fear or embarrassment about your teeth and gums. Your results will be natural looking so you can talk and chew wherever you go without worry.

At Denver Restorative Dentistry we offer your smile the following treatments:

-Dentures: restore lost teeth with one of our premium quality denture options – full dentures, partial dentures, overdentures or implant-supported dentures. These are fully customized in our in-house dental lab staffed by skilled master technicians.

-Implant-Supported Dentures: our All-on-4® implant-supported dentures are supported by 4 to 6 implants in each jaw for a secured fit.

-Full-Mouth Reconstruction: Depending on your smile needs, our prosthodontists may combine various treatments to help you fully regain full mouth function. This may involve having bridges, crowns, implants, veneers, fillings, dentures (complete or partial) or inlays and onlays.

-Crowns: These are created to fit over a whole tooth, starting at the gums to return the tooth to its normal size, shape and function.

-Bridges: These can replace one or more teeth in a row as a fixed dental restoration (permanent). This permanent fixture is carefully anchored in place with two custom-made dental crowns that can be placed onto a tooth or a dental implant.

-Implants: this tooth replacement can replace one multiple or entire arches of missing teeth. The dental implant post itself is installed into jawbone where the tooth is missing to replace the tooth’s root, Once this titanium post has fused with the bone it can be topped with a crown or denture.

-Fillings: Made from amalgam or composite materials, dental fillings are great to repair minor tooth problems like decay. First, the decay is carefully removed and sealed, and then the area is filled and shaped to match your tooth’s shape and hardened by our prosthodontists for a lasting restoration.

-Inlays and Onlays: These partial crowns are made from porcelain, composite resin or gold to repair tooth damage and decay. They are slightly more involved than a filling but not as involved as an entire crown.

If you have issues with your smile that requires one or more restorative dental treatments, our prosthodontist can help! Call 303-586-1019 today to schedule your complimentary consultation.

If you are about to receive a filling, you may be aware that some discomfort follows for a couple of days. This discomfort is natural, as your tooth or teeth might feel somewhat rebellious after the procedure. This discomfort should vanish after two days or so, but here are some things that might help you stay at ease as you recover.

Eat slowly and gently. If you can, chew with the side of your mouth that is opposite of the new filling. Also, try not to have your teeth bite on each other forcefully.

Sometimes sudden drops or rises in temperature can irritate things. Try not to drink anything that would be hot or cold, or at least moderate the temperature before you do. Also, chewing with your mouth closed can keep cold air from reaching the sensitive tooth.

You may need to avoid certain foods. Anything that is sticky could risk pulling the filling out before it sets in. Hard foods, along the lines of nuts, can obviously increase discomfort, but they can also pull the fillings out. Finally, Sugary foods and drinks can cause some irritation, so wait until things settle before you partake.

As you follow these guidelines, you can feel more comfortable and allow the filling to set in. After roughly two days, you can start going about your daily routine without much concern. However, if the discomfort persists for about a week or longer, our prosthodontistss can take a look to uncover the cause and help you feel better.

We here at Denver Restorative Dentistry in Broomfield, Colorado, want to help you with any dental need and help you feel the most comfortable. Drs. Goggins and Aguirre will help you however they can. You can reach us by calling 303-586-1019.
