When it comes to restoring your smile, our Denver Restorative Dentistry team sets itself apart by offering premium dental prosthetics through our unique in-house lab. Located in Broomfield, Colorado, we are proud to be the only dental practice in the area with a fully equipped, on-site lab dedicated to creating high-quality, customized restorations.

Our team of skilled prosthodontists—Drs. Goggins, Aguirre, Chertok, Chae, and Retana—work hand-in-hand with our lab technicians to ensure exceptional outcomes for every patient. Whether you need full-mouth restorations, implants, dentures or custom shades, our collaborative approach guarantees personalized care and superior results.

Why Choose an In-House Lab?

Unlike many dental practices that outsource lab work to other states or even overseas, we take a different approach. At Denver Restorative Dentistry, all our lab work is completed in-house. This means your dental prosthetics are crafted right here in Broomfield by our expert team. This not only saves time but ensures unparalleled quality control.

When adjustments are needed, we can make them on the spot, minimizing the back-and-forth that is common when using third-party labs. For example, if your restoration requires a shade correction or a fit adjustment, we can address it during your appointment, ensuring your restoration is perfect before you leave our office.

State-of-the-Art Technology

Our in-house lab is equipped with cutting-edge technology to produce precise, durable and aesthetically pleasing restorations. Here is a glimpse at the tools and techniques we use:

  • Zirkonzahn Milling System: Ideal for creating All-on-4 restorations, crowns, bridges and other complex dental work.
  • CAD/CAM Technology: Enables digital design and production of most restorations, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Ivoclar Systems: Specializing in dentures, porcelain restorations and other aesthetic enhancements.
  • 3D Printing: Allows us to produce surgical guides and detailed models for optimal treatment planning.
  • CEREC Machine: Makes same-day crowns possible, saving you time and hassle.

By integrating this advanced technology into our practice, we provide restorations that fit comfortably, look natural and stand the test of time.

Boutique Care, Exceptional Results

At Denver Restorative Dentistry, we prioritize quality over quantity. Every patient receives individualized attention and care, ensuring their unique needs are met with precision and artistry. Our prosthodontists and lab technicians collaborate seamlessly, fostering open communication to deliver outstanding results.

When you choose us for your restorative dental care, you are not just getting a dental prosthetic—you are investing in a beautiful, functional smile that boosts your confidence and enhances your quality of life.

It’s not uncommon to lose one’s teeth, whether from age, poor oral hygiene or accidental injury. Of course, daily oral hygiene care, proper nutrition for healthy teeth and gums along with routine dental cleanings can help your natural teeth survive as long as possible.

But when teeth are lost for whatever reason, it’s important to replace them to avoid bone loss affecting your facial structure and appearance, your speech and chewing abilities. Fortunately, dentures are better today than ever before! Our experienced prosthodontists offer a variety of denture options, including hybrid technologies to give you unmatched stability and comfort.

Our Denture Options

  • Full dentures
  • Partial dentures
  • Fixed dentures
  • Removable dentures
  • Anchored dentures
  • All-on-4® implant dentures
  • Overdentures
  • Snap-on dentures
  • Upper dentures and lower dentures

To help you find the right match for your unique oral health needs (and budget), our doctors, Dr. Goggins, Dr. Aguirre, Dr. Pitz and Dr. Poineal are pleased to offer a FREE Denture Consultation to evaluate your smile so you can determine which choice is best for your smile!

Thanks to our in-house dental lab, our team controls the whole process of getting dentures, from the moment you walk through our doors to fitting your final dentures, you can be confident you’re receiving the highest quality dentures for your needs. Our master technicians make different types of dentures to help you receive the perfect fit that will ultimately look and feel just like your own smile!

Denture Process/Preparation

One of our experienced doctors will sit down with you and explain your possible treatment options, whether you need to replace one or more teeth. Our goal is to help you eat, speak and smile comfortably again. For example, a partial denture is great for replacing multiple missing teeth as long as you still have natural teeth to support the partial dentures. Complete dentures can restore a full dental arch that has no supporting tooth structures. And All-on-4 implant dentures place a series of four to six dental implants that secure the denture to your jawbone. Once the implants have fully healed and the denture is connected to the implants, your new smile in dentures will feel and function just like your own teeth!

FREE Denture Consultation

If you are excited about the prospect of fixing your smile with the help of modern dentures, we are excited to help you find your perfect match! We offer you the information you need to make an informed decision without high-pressure sales tactics. Our goal is to make your experience a positive one! We have heard countless patients share how positive and life-changing their tooth replacement treatments have been for them.

If you are ready to look at your options in a no-pressure setting, we invite you to schedule your complimentary consultation. At the end of the day, our prosthodontists and team will make sure that your new dentures fit and make your smile look better than ever!

You’ve heard it since you were a little kid in the oversized dental chair—oral health is important. I don’t have to list the reasons, because your dentist has probably recited them all before. But, the idea that teeth are important—that teeth are powerful—is ancient and worldwide.

In ancient Armenia, people used tools to modify and style teeth to distinguish powerful members of the community—an early nod to cosmetic dentistry.

In native cultures in North America, fossil shark teeth have been celebrated as ornaments, props in religious ceremonies, and adorned as jewelry to reflect one’s status in the community for the past 2,500 years.

At Denver Restorative Dentistry, we agree that teeth are important. The dentures we craft for patients must meet an array of standards. In addition to providing a beautiful smile, the dentures must be seamlessly functional, naturally comfortable, and easy to maintain.

We want to empower you. Do you sometimes experience soreness, irritation, or pain? Difficulty eating, speaking, or even breathing naturally? Moving or “rocking” dentures?

The dental specialists of Denver Restorative Dentistry—Dr. Taylor Goggins, Dr. Brian Aguirre, Dr. Anna Pitz, and Dr. Ralf Poineal—went to school to become prosthodontists, so they can provide their patients with exceptional dentures. In order to become prosthodontics, or experts in the restoration of damaged or missing teeth, the doctors must go through three additional years of education and training. The field is considered one of the nine dental specialties recognized by the American Dental Association.

And, thankfully, technology has flourished in the past 2,500 years! Denver Restorative Dentistry offers a full-service in-house lab, Denver Restorative Dental Lab, where the entire team approaches denture cases with state-of-the-art technology. The team consists of a master denturist—who crafts an intricately designed denture, skilled ceramists—who perfect “the amount of color that goes into a single tooth in terms of shades and translucencies,” and many other experienced professionals that are dedicated to creating your perfect smile.

The doctors offer complimentary consultations to new patients to start them on the path to a beautiful, effortless smile. One that would make your ancestors proud! A ‘smile design’ consultation allows the patient to express their wishes, as well as allows the doctors to apply their knowledge of tooth anatomy, consideration of the patient’s facial features, and, of course, their broad and meticulous technical skills.

Reclaim the ability to eat and drink and breathe, reclaim your day-to-day comfort, reclaim the power behind a confident smile. One thing that has reigned supreme, throughout the ages, is a smile.
